Nick Stables
Senior Architectural Technologist / BIM Design Manager
Nick has a wide range of knowledge and experience in technical project delivery across all major sectors. Nick is also our BIM Design Manager overseeing our BIM delivery service and posessing capabilities and enthusiasm in delivering projects to BIM level 2.
Since starting at Race Cottam in 2014, Nick has worked on projects within the education, healthcare, industrial, energy from waste and residential sectors and has been the technical lead on some of our biggest projects including Astrea Academy and Spring Lane at the University of York.
When not in work, Nick is a keen hockey player and cyclist. Inheriting his Dad's building skills, Nick is a handyman and is constantly making modifications to his new home.
His favourite building is the Taj Mahal and in the future he would love to work on a theatre or shopping centre.
