Owen Nuttall
Architectural Technologist
Owen is a Chartered Architectural Technologist in the early stages of his career. He has a broad range of experience across different sectors including; Residential, Education, Grade I and II listed buildings. He is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, NBS specification writing, Sketchup and BIM and is a key member of the Race Cottam team.
Owen’s professional interests include heritage projects, conservation, fire safety, residential, education and commercial projects. He enjoys problem solving, (the more complex the better!) and ensures his knowledge of current materials and regulations is up to date.
Outside of work, Owen spends his time as an explorer scout leader, delivering activities to local groups of varying ages, providing them with valuable skills and experiences. He is also a keen photographer and enjoys travel.
Owen’s favourite building is the Qasr Al Watan (UAE Presidential Palace).
His dream commission would be a grand civic commission like a museum or theatre.
