Paul Foster
Director - Healthcare Lead
Paul is our Associate Director and Healthcare lead; delivering high quality projects from initial briefing through to completion on site. Paul has been Project Architect on projects across all sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors. He is a highly skilled and pragmatic architect with strong management skills.
Paul is very familiar with JCT, NEC and D&B contracts and undertakes Principal Designer duties on projects. His skills range from developing designs at concept stage, to running jobs on site and liaising with regulatory authorities and all members of the client, design and construction teams. He is a strong designer and communicator and deals with the demands of projects in a positive, firm and assertive manner.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his wife Selina and their two girls Alice and Amy. He is an avid supporter of Nottingham Forest Football club but also enjoys a kick about too. He enjoys reading and listening to Indie / Rock when he gets a quiet moment and is a keen traveller (other than his daily commute to and from Nottingham).
Apart from home, his favourite building is the Therme Vals in Switzerland by Peter Zumthor His dream commission would be something by the sea or the 'Foster's Forever Home'.
