The Brief

CMS Law has more than 70 offices located across 40 countries. In 2020 the firm’s Sheffield branch re-located to the prime city centre development - Heart of the City II.

The Design

The office accommodation, located over 4 floors, includes office space for 150 staff; meeting rooms and conference suites; cloaks, change and cycle stores; kitchen, dining and tea points; and reception area looking onto Wellington Street, in the heart of the city centre.

The Outcome

Race Cottam worked with Graham Interiors from RIBA Stage 4-6 on the Cat B fit out of the developer shell, developing the design, detailing and full design team co-ordination over an intense 20 week programme. - during the Corona-virus pandemic.
